1 tablespoon chopped onion

2 tablespoons butter, margarine, or drippings

1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/3 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon grated orange rind

1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

Brown onion in shortening.
Blend in remaining ingredients; stir until smooth.
Heat.1 1/2.cups sauce.
Especially good with roast duck.
