Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Assorted fresh herbs such as: coriander, basil, mint leaves or 'kinh gioi', chilli, ginger | ||
| A little bit of fish sauce or 'nuoc mam | ||
Directions
Wash the herbs and liquidize them in a blender.
Season with 'nuoc mam' and pepper.
Keep one part of the mixture as a thick puree.
Mix the other part with a little water to make a fresh herbal sauce
