|1 tablespoon tofu sauce or tamari|
|1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or dry sherry|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon, roasted|
|2 tablespoons Hain barbecue sauce or Chinese bean or peanut sauce|
|1 teaspoon hot curry paste (optional) or 1/2 teaspoon curry powder|
GETTING READY 1) In a small dish, mix all the sauce ingredients and keep aside. MAKING 2) In a wok, heat the 3 tablespoons of oil. 3) Stir fry the cooked noodles until completely coated with oil and become warm. FINALIZING 4) Mix sauce and sauteed vegetables with the noodles. 5) Toss them well. SERVING 6) In a large platter, serve hot.
