Saturday Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| 1/4 cup hot style catsup | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, crumbs, onion, salt, chili powder, and pepper.
Add beef; mix well.
Pat mixture into 8x1 1/2 inch round baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Drain excess fat.
Combine catsup, brown sugar, and dry mustard; spread over meat loaf.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
Cut into wedges
