Ingredients

 Citrus-Flavoured- 1/4 cup, low-calorie carbonated beverage
 Tomato juice6 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Mint Leaves- 1 or 2nos, chopped

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Refrigerate all the ingredients until chill.

MAKING
2) In a mortar, place the mint leave and muddle with the pestle until crushed.
3) In a bowl, mix chilled tomato juice, lemon juice, carbonated beverage and mint.
4) Pour in a tall glass.

SERVING
5) Serve chilled, garnished with a mint sprig, if desired.
