Satay Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 c. sweet soy sauce | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cumin | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 10 oz. chicken, cut into 1/2 inch cubes | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Marinate chicken for 1 to 24 hours and BBQ on skewers.
Serve with peanut butter sauce.
This makes a great hors d'oeuvre as well as a main course.
