Ingredients

 1/4 c. sweet soy sauce
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cumin1/8 Teaspoon
 Coriander1/8 Teaspoon
 Ginger1/8 Teaspoon
 Garlic1/8 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 10 oz. chicken, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Marinate chicken for 1 to 24 hours and BBQ on skewers.
Serve with peanut butter sauce.
This makes a great hors d'oeuvre as well as a main course.
