Ingredients

 
400 gm bhekti fish
 
80 gm grainy mustard paste
 
80 ml fresh cream
 
50 gm green chilli paste
 
Salt to taste
 
30 gm cumin powder
 
20 ml lime juice
 
5 gm mint leaves, finely chopped
 
10 ml soybean oil

Directions

Clean the fish and cut into 50 gm cubes.
Mix all the ingredients, except the fish to make a marinade.
Marinate the fish for 30 minutes at least, in a refrigerator.
Place in a clean plate and cook for 4 minutes high in a microwave.
Serve with onions and lemon wedges.
