Ingredients

 
Mustard leaves 1000 Gm
 
Spinach 200 Gm
 
Mooli ka patha 50 Gm
 
Bathua 150 Gm
 
Green chillies 10 Gm
 
Salt 10 Gm
 
Ginger 60 Gm
 
Maki ka atta 30 Gm
 
Ghee 150 Gm
 
Red chilli pwd 5 Gm
 
Garlic 25 Gm
 
White butter 100 Gm

Directions

Wash ,pick dry,blanch and make paste of all the green leaves.
Take ghee add roughly chopped ginger and garlic ,slit green chilies and whole red chillies
Add makki ka atta and sauté
Add the puree of the green leaves and sauté ,incorporating the white butter.
Adjust seasoning
Serve with jaggery ,makkai ke roti and lots of white fresh butter

this is not saag.....you have to use saag leaves(rapini) to make saag....the receipe above is using palak(spinach).....thus its palak
