Sardines Nicoise Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 medium-sized can sardines | ||
| Bread slice | 4 | |
| Butter anchovy fillets olives | ||
Directions
Turn the tomatoes into a pan, add seasoning and simmer until a thick pulp.
Mash the sardines, season lightly.
Toast the bread.
Butter, then spread with the sardines.
Heat under the broiler for a few minutes.
Top with the tomato pulp, anchovy fillets and olives.
