 Boiling water1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

 Creamy cottage cheese1 Pint
 Crumbled bleu cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 Minced parsley1 Tablespoon
 Horseradish2 Tablespoon
 Celery seed1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Grated lemon rind1 Tablespoon
 Grated and drained cucumber1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Sardines8 Ounce, broken (Drained)

Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water.
Add vinegar and fold in cheeses and mayonnaise.
Add remain- ing ingredients and mix well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Turn mixture into oiled mold and chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Turn out on serving plate.
If desired, garnish with onion rings, tomato slices and extra sardines.
For a party effect, use molded fish as top garnish.
Serve with horse- radish, mayonnaise and greens.
