Sardine Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 medium-sized sardines | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut in quarters | ||
| Crisp lettuce | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Drain the sardines and cut each in 4 pieces.
2. Arrange lettuce on 4 salad plates. Then place the sardines with the quartered eggs on the lettuce. Top with mayonnaise.
