Sardine Mystery Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion Dip | ||
| 1/4 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded cabbage | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black olives | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , peeled | |
| Sardines | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Hard-cooked egg slices | ||
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
Combine the first three ingredients, blending smoothly, then toss with the cabbage, olives and diced drained tomatoes.
Pile into a bowl lined with shredded lettuce or endive.
Top with drained sardines and egg slices.
Sprinkle with parsley.
