 Round buttery crackers - 8 (1 ounce)
 Plum tomato - 1 large, sliced crosswise into 8 slices
 Sardines - 8 canned (1/4 ounce each), packed in oil, drained
 Red onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Mustard1 Tablespoon
 Dill sprigs – as required

Directions

MAKING
1) In a serving platter, arrange the crackers.
2) On each cracker, place 1 tomato slice, 1 sardine, 1/8 of the onion rings, and 1/2 teaspoon mustard.

SERVING
3) Serve the canapé by garnishing each with a dill sprig.
