Sardine Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can boneless sardines, drained | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| Few drops of Tabasco sauce | ||
| Toast rounds | ||
| Hard-cooked egg slices or sliced green olives | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) With a fork mash the sardines.
2) Mix the sardine mix with the seasoning and stir well.
3) Spread the mixture on toast rounds.
SERVING
4) Garnish with green olives or hard-cooked sliced eggs and serve.
