Saratoga Salad Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 pound green beans
1/4 cup Tomato Vinaigrette
1 sweet red pepper, cut into 8 rings
4 dill sprigs (garnish)
Directions
Steam the beans until crisp-tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Rinse under cold water until cool.
Divide the beans among four serving plates and arrange them together in bunches.
Spoon a band of dressing across the middle of the beans.
Arrange 2 pepper rings on each serving and top each with a dill sprig.
Chill before serving, if desired.
