SantaS Favorite Brownies Recipe
SantaS Favorite Brownies is a perfect Christmas cookies to give as a gift to your near ones. SantaS Favorite Brownies gets its shape and taste from chocolate chip milk mixed with eggs and flavored with vanilla extracts. SantaS Favorite Brownies is inspired by many bakeries around the world.
Ingredients
| Milk chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened cocoa | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Small jelly beans | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
Melt chocolate and butter with granulated sugar in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Pour into large bowl; add eggs and vanilla.
Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; blend well.
Fold in walnuts.
Spread into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Place pan on wire rack; cool completely.
Frost with Buttercream Frosting, if desired.
Cut into squares.
Decorate with jelly beans, icing gels and colored sugar, if desired.
