Santa Fe Sea Bass Recipe
Ingredients
| Green pepper - 1/2, seeded, diced | ||
| Red pepper - 1/2 seeded, diced | ||
| Yellow pepper - 1/2, seeded, diced | ||
| Small onion | 1/2 , diced | |
| Corn | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 oz. Sea bass fillets - 4 | ||
| Nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a medium bowl and mix together salt, pepper, oil, lemon juice, lime juice, corn, onion and the peppers.
2.Coat ther grill with the cooking spray and preheat it for 5 minutes.
3.Grill the vegetables for 3 minutes.
4.Add in the seabass fillets and move the vegetables around the fish.
5. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes until the fish flakes easily and veggies are crisp, yet tender.
SERVING
6. Serve warm.
