Santa Fe Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup apple juice or apple cider
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 bag cranberries
1 or 2 pickled jalapeno chiles, seeded and minced
Directions
In 2 quart saucepan, heat all ingredients to boiling over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, until most of cranberries pop and mixture thickens slightly, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 3 hours.
