| Sirloin or stewing meat - 2 pounds, cubed | ||

| Diced tomatoes - 1 can of 14 1/2 ounces | ||
| Green beans - 1 can of 14 1/2-ounces, drained | ||
| Corn - 1 can of 14 1/2 ounces, drained | ||
| Green chillies | 4 Ounce, diced | |
| Squash zucchini | 2 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan, brown the meat, onion and garlic in oil till the meat loses all of its pinkness. Transfer to a slow cooker.
2) Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for about 30 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 4 to 6 hours.
SERVING
4) Serve hot
