Ingredients

 Sirloin or stewing meat - 2 pounds, cubed
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley flakes1 Tablespoon, dried
 Beef bouillon cubes - 2
 Ground cumin1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Carrots3
 Diced tomatoes - 1 can of 14 1/2 ounces
 Green beans - 1 can of 14 1/2-ounces, drained
 Corn - 1 can of 14 1/2 ounces, drained
 Green chillies4 Ounce, diced
 Squash zucchini2

Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, brown the meat, onion and garlic in oil till the meat loses all of its pinkness. Transfer to a slow cooker.
2) Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over high heat for about 30 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 4 to 6 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve hot
