Recipe Story

Can you think of any other drink than Sangria on hot summer day? Think again...nothing can beat a well made Sangria.

Ingredients

 
1 bottle dry red wine
 
3/4 c. sugar
 
1 tbsp. orange liqueur
 
1/2 lg.sliced lemon
 
1/2 lg.sliced orange
 
2 c. club soda

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a pitcher but for soda. Chill the pitcher for 2-3 hours.Before serving add club soda for that bubbly effect.
Serve with a slice of lemon.

Hmm, thats interesting. Iv never had Sangria with 7 up or soda. Not sure if I would like it though. I have traditionally disliked soda because of all the fizz. But may be worth trying.
