Sandwich 1:
Take the bread slices and spread pastor sauce over it. For making the pastor sauce, you can use basil or parsley or spinach. Put in the blender along with garlic and olive oil and blend it. Your pastor sauce is ready.
On the bread slice with pastor sauce, put the organic turkey.
Cut the red pepper into slices and put over the bread slice.
You can also put some avocado on the slice.
Put some lettuce leaves and sunflower sprouts.
Sprinkle some bleu cheese and put the other slice of the bread.
Your sandwich is ready.

Cut the cucumber into round thin pieces and put over the bread slice.
