Ingredients

 Zucchini 2 pounds small
 Onions 2 small, peeled and sliced
 Salt water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 White vinegar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Spices3 Teaspoon
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Slice zucchini and onions; cover with water and add salt.
Let stand 3 hours.
Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
Pour over slices and let stand for 2 hours; then bring syrup and slices to a boil for 5 minutes.
Pack in sterilized jars and seal hot.
