Sandnotter Sand Nuts Recipe
First of all let me thank my neighbor for sharing this excellent sandnotter sand nuts recipe. I tried this recipe for sandnotter sand nuts the other day and was totally bowled over. Make this sandnotter sand nuts for your family today to let them know that how much you love them.
Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups potato starch or potato flour
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
In mixer bowl, soften butter at LOW (1) for 1 minute.
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla till light and fluffy.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Using about 2 teaspoons dough for each cookie, roll into small balls.
Place on glass pizza plate.
Cook, 20 at a time, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 5 to 5 1/2 minutes or till done, giving dish half turn twice. (Cookies will flatten.) Let cool 5 minutes; remove from plate.
