Ingredients
| 1 cup chana dal flour | ||
| Salt according to taste | ||
| Chilli powder 1 and half tsp | ||
| Turmeric powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water- half cup | ||
| Oil | 4 Teaspoon (for tadka:) | |
| Mustard seeds | ||
| Asafoetida | ||
| Onion | 1/2 (for tadka:) | |
Directions
mix all the ingredients and make a thick paste. heat oil splutter mustard seeds,curry leaves onion(optional) asafoetida add it to the paste.go on frying until it turns to powder consistency on a low flame.
