4 mahi mahi steaks
 
Extra virgin olive oil
 
Ground sandia peppers
 
1 tablespoon sea salt
 
2 lemons
 
Mango Salad
 
1-mango
 
1/2-red bell pepper
 
1/3-cup pickled red onion
 
1/2-jalapeno
 
1-avacado

Directions

Sandia-peppered Mahi Mahi

Coat mahi steaks in olive oil and place on a broiling pan. Cover with ground peppers and sprinkle with sea salt. Place in the oven and broil the fish for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Squeeze lemon over the the fish and serve hot.

Mango Salad

Cut up all your ingredients into small cubes place in a bowl and mix everything together and serve cold.
