Ingredients

 Butter, not oleo-1/2 pound
 Confectioner’s sugar6
 Egg yolk1
 Vanilla2 Tablespoon
 Flour2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Nuts-2 cups-finely chopped

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and the sugar
3. Add the egg yolk to the bowl and mix well
4. Add the chopped nuts, flour and vanilla to the pan and mix well
5. Shape the mixture into small balls and pat down on greased baking tray
6. Bake this mixture for 15 minutes till done
7. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar
8. Cool and store in tightly sealed containers

SERVING
9. Serve warm or at room temperature
