San Francisco Mint Chocolate Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 3 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 of 12 oz. package (1 cup) Flick-Ette Mint Chocolate Flavor Chips | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Pint | |
| 8-inch prepared graham cracker pie shell | ||
Directions
In heavy saucepan, heat milk with marshmallows, stirring until smooth.
Add Flick-ettes, stirring until melted.
Chill 15 minutes.
Whip cream until almost stiff.
Fold into chilled mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator or freezer.
Garnish with additional whipped cream and shaved chocolate, if desired.
