San Francisco Crab Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Crab meat package | 1 , drained | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 2 tablespoons bottled low calorie Italian dressing | ||
| Dash liquid red pepper seasoning | ||
| Parsley | ||
| Lemon wedges | 4 | |
Directions
1. Cut crab meat into medium-size chunks, carefully removing any bony tissue; add to celery in a small bowl.
2. Sprinkle with salad dressing and red pepper seasoning; toss to mix well. Chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
