San Diego Salad Recipe
San Diego Salad is a delicious side dish recipe which I always love to have on my dinner table. I bet, once you have this San Diego Salad, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
Romaine leaves
1 cooked split chicken breast
Jack cheese (cut in strips)
Several slices of salami
3 or 4 slices orange
3 slices avocado
Several ripe pitted olives
Wedges of crisp tortilla
Directions
For each serving, arrange outer romaine leaves on a dinner plate.
Finely chop a few inner leaves and arrange on top.
Bone chicken breast, cut in strips, and place on lettuce.
Add jack cheese, several slices of salami, orange, avocado, olives, and triangular wedges of crisp tortilla.
Cover and chill.
