Samosas Recipe

Ingredients
| Butter | 50 Gram | |
| Raisin | 200 Gram | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Water | 45 Milliliter | |
| Boiled potatoes | 225 Gram, mashed | |
| Cooked | 100 Gram | |
| Onions | 50 Gram, chopped | |
| Ginger | 15 Gram | |
| Cumin | 5 Gram | |
| Cloves | 5 Milliliter | |
| Chopped | 10 Gram | |
| Coriander or parsley | ||
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1 Rub the butter into the flour and add the egg and water to make a very firm dough.
Roll out very thin and cut into squares 6.5 cm (2 1/2 in).
2 Mix the potatoes with the peas, onions, spices and herbs.
3 Put 2 teaspoons of the mixture into the centre of each square and fold over into a triangle pressing the edges together to seal.
4 Fry in deep fat for 3 minutes until golden-brown.
