Ingredients

 Besan2 Cup (16 tbs)

 Soda bi carbonate : 1/4 tsp
 Onions : 3 chopped
 Salt To Taste (For the curry :)
 Haldi1/2 Teaspoon (For the curry :)
 Saunf1/2 Teaspoon (For the curry :)
 Oil2 Tablespoon (For the curry :)
 Pureed tomatoes3 (For the curry :)
 Curd1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For the curry :)

Directions

1. Make a stiff dough with besan and other ingredients and roll into sausages, about 1/2 inch thick and 1 inch long.
2. Drop into fast boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
3. Take out and drain.
4. Make gravy with the other masalas.
5. When ready drop the gattas and cook for 5 minutes.
