Samode Ka Gatta Recipe
Ingredients
| Besan | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black pepper | 4 To taste | |
| Cinnamon pieces | 2 | |
| Green cardamoms | 3 | |
| Curd | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red chilli powder | ||
| Soda bi carbonate : 1/4 tsp | ||
| Onions : 3 chopped | ||

| Haldi | 1/2 Teaspoon (For the curry :) | |
| Saunf | 1/2 Teaspoon (For the curry :) | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon (For the curry :) | |
| Pureed tomatoes | 3 (For the curry :) | |
| Curd | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For the curry :) | |
Directions
1. Make a stiff dough with besan and other ingredients and roll into sausages, about 1/2 inch thick and 1 inch long.
2. Drop into fast boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
3. Take out and drain.
4. Make gravy with the other masalas.
5. When ready drop the gattas and cook for 5 minutes.
