Ingredients

 1 broiler-fryer, cut up (2 1/2 pounds)
 Soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Dash liquid red pepper seasoning

Directions

1 Place chicken pieces in a deep glass bowl. Combine soy sauce, wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger and red pepper seasoning in a small bowl; pour over chicken. Cover bowl with plastic wrap; marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
2 Arrange chicken pieces in a 12-cup shallow glass baking dish. (Place large pieces in corners and smaller ones in the center.)
3 Microwave 23 minutes, rotating the dish several times, or until chicken is tender. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with orange slices, if you wish.
