Samlets Amandine Recipe

Ingredients
Salt and pepper
2 whole young salmon
1 lb (450 g) each, cleaned
Flour
3 tbsp (45 ml) butter
1/2 Cup (125 ml) slivered almonds
5 tsp (25 ml) parsley
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
Directions
– Season inside and outside of samlets with salt and pepper and dredge in flour.
– In a skillet, melt butter and cook fish over medium heat for 7 minutes each side.
– Add the almonds, stir until golden. Add parsley and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
