Editors Review

Those of you who have been to Korea or dined at a Korean restaurant may already know that Samgyeopsal is one of their traditional specialties with a unique preparation style. The pork belly is neither seasoned, nor marinated and directly grilled by the dinner table. It is a wonderful dish to prepare when you for a get-together as your guest can help themselves making their own wraps. The authentic way to enjoy Samgyeopsal is wrapped in lettuce and perilla leaves, Ssamjang topped with assorted condiments lik
