Ingredients

 Coriander seeds1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cumin seeds1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry red chillies or to taste 10-15
 Red gram1 Tablespoon
 Black gram1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Asafoetida1/2 Teaspoon
 Fenugreek seeds1/4 Teaspoon
 Mustard seeds1 Teaspoon

Directions

Dry roast the ingredients and grind them fine in a dry grinder.
While this masala keeps good for long it is best used when Fresh.
