Sambar Masala Recipe
Ingredients
| Coriander seeds | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cumin seeds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry red chillies or to taste 10-15 | ||
| Red gram | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black gram | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Asafoetida | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Fenugreek seeds | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Dry roast the ingredients and grind them fine in a dry grinder.
While this masala keeps good for long it is best used when Fresh.
