Ingredients

 Chillies100 Gram
 50 g dry red Resumpati or Goa chillies
 Mustard seeds100 Gram, broken
 Fenugreek seeds250 Gram, broken
 Asafoetida20 Gram
 Cinnamon20 Gram
 Cloves20 Gram
 Black pepper20 Gram
 Star anise10 Gram
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Tablespoon

Directions

Grind all spices individually, except asafoetida.
Mix and place in a large tray.
Make a well in the centre and place asafoetida in it.
Pour boiling oil on top and crush it completely with a wooden spoon.
Mix well and cool.
Store in an airtight glass jar.
