 Fenugreek seeds1 Teaspoon

 Mustard seeds1 Teaspoon
 Dry red chillies1 Tablespoon

 Toor dal1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ripe tomato1
 Onions1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Sambar powder2 Teaspoon
 Tamarind pulp/Tamarind paste1 Teaspoon
 Hing1 Pinch
 Salt To Taste
 Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
 Drumsticks1
 Jaggery1 Small (lemon size)
 Dhania seeds2 Teaspoon
 Dry red chillies3
 Raw rice1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Grated coconut2 Teaspoon
 Elaichi1
 Cinnamon stick1 Small
 Cumin seeds1 Teaspoon (Leveled)

Directions

Pressure Cook dal, Tomato, Onion Pieces, Turmeric, Hing, Sambar Powder.
In a Kadai,heat oil temper with Mustard seeds, Curry leaves. Add Drumstick and fry for a minute.
Pour 1/4 glass of water and cook till the Drumstick is cooked.
Now add Tamarind pulp or paste, Grinded Paste, Cooked dal and Jaggery.
5. Boil till it gives good aroma.
6. Garnish it with Coriander leaves.

Enjoy this delicious Sambar Hot with Idlis, Vada And Rice.
