1. Take a bowl, add the peanuts to it, pour water and add salt. Soak the peanuts in this salty water for about 15 to 20 minutes.
2. After 20 minutes drain peanuts off the salty water and put it back into the same bowl and put it into the microwave oven for 6 minutes.
3. Take the peanuts and spread it on a plate. And put it in the microwave again for 5 minutes.
4. Serve as a snack or appetizer.
