Ingredients

 1 pound jumbo shrimps with the shells on
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Kosher or coarse salt

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Thoroughly wash the shrimp in warm water and dry on paper towels .

MAKING
2. In a skillet or a ceramic plate, heat the oil for 1 minute on the highest setting or flame.
3. Align the shrimps on the plate, spreading evenly. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly until shells turn a bright pink. Stir in again to make sure the shrimp is fryed evenly.
5. The shell turning bright pink, indicates that the shrimp has been fully cooked.
6. Using a slotting spoon, immediately remove from the plate/ skillet and roll in salt.
7. Serve fresh and hot.

SERVING
8.Serve as cocktail snack with a hot and sour sauce on the side.
