Chinese five spice pwd. 10 Gms
Garlic 10 Gms
Chopped Spring onions 10 Gms
chopped Coriander leaves 10 Gms
White pepper 5 Gms
Aromat 3-4 Gms
Salt 3-4 Gms
Soya sauce 10 Ml
Cornflour For dredging

Directions
Clean , de-shell and de-vein theprawns.
Wash and pat dry, dredge the prawns in cornflour and deep fry in hot oil .
Sauté garlic in oil, add soya sauce, salt, aromat,pepper, spring onion and little stock and cook, add prawns.
Add Chinese five spice pwd, and toos and serve.
