Ingredients

1/2 cup coarse sea salt

3 - 4 tablespoons herbs de Provence

2 - 3 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds

4 lbs. chicken wings (I prefer the flippers)

Directions

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together salt, herbs and mustard seeds. Place chicken wings in a large roasting pan in a single layer. Sprinkle salt mixture all over the top (you don't have to use it all - you can save some for another recipe). Roast wings about 30 minutes or until nicely browned and crispy on top and tender on the bottom (no need to turn).

Chicken wings are a hit at any given party. The video shows Robin preparing a batch of good ole chicken wings using French salt for a party she is hosting. The in-house French salt works wonders and guests keep asking for more. Watch the video to know how you can whip up your own French salted chicken wings.
