2. After that one follow the SRMABLED EGGS, and mix until all the PORK SPARERIBS andadd slowly the CORN STARCH until all the meat are finely coated.
3. Once your PORK SPAREIBES are ready. You can now prepare your frying pan or wok and put some cooking oil and make it hot. One it get€™s very hot, you can start to put your pork spareribes and cook it until the meat is really well cook. Once fried, set aside first the meat and start to prepare in a small soy dish the CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER, SALT, SESAME OIL, CHOPPED GARLIC & GIN. Then mix it well.
4. The last part is to fry again the PORK SPARERIBS with the SALT & PEPPER PASTE. Now, prepare another frying pan or you can use the same frying pan that you used. Just remove the oil and wipe it. Make it hot, and once it€™s hot you can now put the SALT & PEPPER PASTE and stir it until garlic gets a bit brown. Once the garlic is ready, you can now put the pork spareribs and just keep on mixing for at least 1(one) minute. Then SALT & PEPPER PORK SPARERIBS is ready to serve.
