Directions
Cut in the butter with 2 knives, then add the milk.
Knead the dough thoroughly on a floured board.
When completely blended, divide the dough in half.
Roll out half of the dough into a round.
Cut the round into 8 wedges.
Starting at the round edge, roll each wedge to make a horn shape.
Put the horns on a greased baking sheet.
Repeat this with the second half of the dough.
Brush each horn with slightly beaten egg.
Bake the horns at 425°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
