Salsify Provencal Recipe

Ingredients
Salsify strips - 2 jars (14 oz)
Butter or margarine - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 1 clove, finely chopped
Parsley - 1/3 cup, finely chopped
Salt - 1 teaspoon
White pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Drain salsify strips.
MAKING
2) In a skillet, melt butter.
3) Add drained salsify, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; toss lightly.
4) Cover the skillet and cook over medium heat until heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
SERVING
5) Serve Salsify Provencal at once.
