Salsify Provencal Recipe
Ingredients
2 jars (14-oz size) salsify strips 1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
How to make Salsify Provencal
Drain salsify.Melt butter in skillet.
Add drained salsify, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; toss lightly.
Cook, covered, over medium heat until heated through—8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
