Salsa Fria Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes - 4 medium, (1-1/4 lb) | ||
| Onion | 1 Large | |
| Green chilies | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon, seasoned | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon, dried | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Peel tomatoes and chop coarsely.
2. Also peel onion and chop.
3. Drain chilies and chop.
MAKING
4. In medium bowl mix well combining chopped vegetables oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.
5. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled for at least 3 hours.
SERVING
6. Serve delicious raw relish with grilled or fried fish or hamburgers.
