Easy Salsa Fresca Recipe Video

Ingredients
6-8 vine ripened, ripe, tomatoes
1/2 vidalla onion (or other sweet white onion)
handful of cilantro
1-3 Jalapeno peppers
juice of 1 lime
Directions
Finely dice tomatoes, finely chop onion. oarsly chop leaves
only of cilantro. Seed and core peppers, finely dice.
Stir all ingredients together in a pretty bowl. Serve at room temp.
