Ingredients

 500 g/1 lb canned tomatillos, drained and roughly chopped
 Green chillies3 Medium, chopped
 White onion1 Small, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Coriander leaves2 Tablespoon
 Pinch ground cumin

Directions

Place tomatillos, chillies, onion, garlic, coriander (cilanto) and cumin in a food processor and process to finely chopped.
Chill.
