Salsa Verde Recipe
Ingredients
| 500 g/1 lb canned tomatillos, drained and roughly chopped | ||
| Green chillies | 3 Medium, chopped | |
| White onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Coriander leaves | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pinch ground cumin | ||
Directions
Place tomatillos, chillies, onion, garlic, coriander (cilanto) and cumin in a food processor and process to finely chopped.
Chill.
