Easy Salsa Verde Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 3 fillets of anchovy, very finely chopped | ||
| 2 level dessertspoons | ||
| Capers, drained and chopped | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and beat until the dressing thickens slightly and forms an emulsion.
