| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dried oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin seed | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato puree | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup water or bouillon | ||
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in lard until wilted.
Add flour, cook for 1 minute, then add other ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes before serving hot.
