Salsa Cruda de Tomatillo Recipe Video
Ingredients

| Tomatillos | 1 Pound, chopped (Husk removed and rinsed) | |
| Yellow onion | 1 Small, finely dice | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped finely | |
| Jalapeno | 1 Medium, chopped finely | |
| Fresh cilantro leaves | 3 Tablespoon, chopped finely | |

| Juice of lemon | 1⁄2 Medium | |
| Lime juice | 1⁄2 Medium | |
| For the seasoning | ||

Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl add chopped tomatillos, finely diced yellow onion, garlic, jalapeno and freshly chopped cilantro leaves.
2. Add the dressing of juice squeezed out of 1/2 a lemon and 1/2 a lime. Season with some salt and combine well using a spoon.
SERVING
3. Serve the salsa with chips or on taco over some beans or meat.
